| I?m from Idaho and my truck broke down in Marin. Had it towed to a random shop where they worked on it for a week then told me they couldn?t fix it. This was Thursday at closing time. I had work commitments Monday morning 800 miles away, bad situation!!! Talked to friend who told me Genuine Motors could absolutely fix it, I?d just have to leave the truck for a Couple weeks because they are in demand. So I rented a car to drive back to Idaho and resigned myself drive back out when the repairs were completed. Then my sad story turned around. Friday morning I was at the Genuine Motors shop when the transporter dropped my truck off. Leigh the service manager came out with one of his guys and immediately started a diagnostic scan. About 30 minutes later he gave me a clear, concise diagnosis, and 2 repair plans. We all agreed on plan A. About 40 minutes later later My truck was good to go! I absolutely could not believe it!! I canceled my rental car and started the drive home. These guys are the real deal! Knowledge Experience and Integrity What a great experience! Service beyond all expectations |
